This Privacy Policy explains how Vaninblack Kft. (“we”, “us”, “Company”) processes personal data of customers and passengers (“you”) in connection with our van rental with driver / passenger transport services, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information („Infotv.”).
2. What Personal Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data when you make a booking or contact us:

We do not currently collect passenger ID or driver’s license details, and we do not use GPS or in-vehicle tracking of passengers.
3. Retention Period
Booking and communication data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 1 year for handling any post-trip queries or complaints. Invoicing data (name, billing address, invoice details) is retained for 8 years in accordance with Hungarian accounting law (Act C of 2000 on Accounting).
4. Recipients of Personal Data / Data Processors
- Teya – payment service provider, processes payment data for online transactions.
- Our drivers – receive name, phone number, and pickup/drop-off address(es) as necessary to perform the transport.
- Könyvelési szolgáltató (amennyiben releváns) – a törvényi számviteli kötelezettségek teljesítéséhez megkapja a számlázási adatokat.
We do not sell personal data to third parties, and we do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.
5. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
- Request rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16)
- Request erasure of your data, where applicable (Art. 17)
- Request restriction of processing, where applicable (Art. 18)
- Data portability, where applicable (Art. 20)
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21)

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including restricted access to booking systems and secure handling of payment data by our certified payment provider.
