(\u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, \u201cCompany\u201d) processes personal data of customers and passengers (\u201cyou\u201d) in connection with our van rental with driver \/ passenger transport services, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (\u201cGDPR\u201d) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information (\u201eInfotv.\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Retention Period<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Booking and communication data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 1 year for handling any post-trip queries or complaints. Invoicing data (name, billing address, invoice details) is retained for 8 years in accordance with Hungarian accounting law (Act C of 2000 on Accounting).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Recipients of Personal Data \/ Data Processors<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Teya \u2013 payment service provider, processes payment data for online transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our drivers \u2013 receive name, phone number, and pickup\/drop-off address(es) as necessary to perform the transport.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>K\u00f6nyvel\u00e9si szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 (amennyiben relev\u00e1ns) \u2013 a t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyi sz\u00e1mviteli k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9gek teljes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez megkapja a sz\u00e1ml\u00e1z\u00e1si adatokat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not sell personal data to third parties, and we do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
